  Amazing staff, very attentive and caring. They were proactive and not just reactive. Nurses of all ages and experience were on duty and all of them were flawless in their skills. The environment they have amongst themselves, as a team, transcends into their roles as medical carers. Facilities were clean and modern. I would highly recommend EF to anyone. Thank you for looking after me.

  Do not go to Epworth Freemasons if you have the bad luck of having the combination of anaesthetist Dr Goodchild and Dr Connolly.

  Poor experience. Doctors speaking over your head like you aren't in the room. Results randomly sent out without explanation, bills randomly sent to different states resulting in phone calls for supposedly overdue payment. The nurses were in general quite professional but in two hours I was passed around between 10 nurses which meant I repeatedly had to tell them my drug allergies. I felt like I could have easily been administered something I was allergic to if i wasn't alert to it. The recovery room had so many people in it with no privacy as curtains were never pulled. I was told my surgeon would see me before discharge by one nurse only to be told my surgeon didn't bother seeing patients after surgery when I was being discharged.

  If you get the combination of these two just walk away to another hospital.

  It was just like you would expect in a public hospital but with a private hospital price tag. Not awful, just rushed and inconsistent.

  These guys should have Today Tonight do a story on them. There a many nightmare experiences relayed by patients. I hope they sue me for defamation so I can drag their incompetence through the courts.

  Management have been told but still do nothing. Gross negligence. Remember walk away.
