  Thank you for looking after my son. Keep up the great work. Special mention to Sam who was fantastic . Modern private room in peds ward . Def recommend to parents who have kids needing a hospital stay .

  I had been to this Hospital Only once for my Knee Operation since My Orthopaedic Surgeon ( Mr Paulo Selber) does Surgery at this hospital as well and the room I stayed in was quite nice especially the view of the MCG.

  The nurses and doctors here are excellent. They took very good care of my child and we're understand and accommodating of unavoidable circumstances outside the usual job description of the staff there. Nice, privater room. Carpet needed ripping up and burning though it was pretty gross and sticky in a spot. Was there for 2 nights and no cleaner came to vacuming the room, clean the bathroom etc. Food is quite good here too. Well seasoned.

  Family member had her tonsils removed, was given local anaesthetic which multiple doctors post operation were shocked as to why she hadn’t been given general anaesthetic. Quality of service was poor, was not made comfortable and did nothing but to rush her out instead of making sure she was well looked after.

  My partner is in SVPH now. The doctor comes around often and spends time discussing post op care. The nurses are soooo attentive, they can't do enough. They show compassion and care. This is a fabulous hospital.
