  Office only open from 8am till 8pm, so when I arrived at 11. 30 pm (after a long flight from another country) I couldn't check in. There is a good key card system outside the building where you put in the code and it gives you your room key, but no one had managed to contact me with this code information beforehand so I had to contact an emergency number which was posted on the door, getting into my room after midnight.

  Terrible sound isolation - I was in room 45 (right next to lift) which made a huge racket every time it was used, like a washing machine being filled with water is my best description.

  Comfortable, nicely spacious, fresh and well appointed. Enjoyed mini bar (no alcohol) and inclusive 'box' breakfast: long - life milk, cereal, fruit, juice and bread for toaster.
